We take the protection of your personal data extremely seriously. For this reason, we always handle your personal data in compliance with the statutory data protection regulations. We have appointed an expert and reliable external Data Protection Officer. The function of external Data Protection Officer is performed by UIMC Dr. Voßbein GmbH & Co KG.

In the following text, we wish to inform you about the processing of personal data.

Collection and processing of personal data

You can in principle utilise our online range of offers without disclosing your identity. Should we request personal data on this website, for example within the scope of contact forms or during login/registration (e.g. name, address or email address), then this shall occur voluntarily. We use this information for our own business purposes (such as the dispatch of requested materials/information).

In case of questions of any kind, we provide you with the possibility to contact us via the contact form provided on the website. For this purpose, the data labelled as mandatory is required in order to assign and answer inquiries. Further information may be provided voluntarily. The data processing for the purpose of contacting us shall occur acc. Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) based on your voluntarily granted consent.

The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form shall be deleted following completion of the request made by you and after the expiry of fiscal and commercial legislative retention obligations.

A one-off granted consent – for example for the purpose of sending a newsletter or other interesting information from our company – may be revoked for the future at any time without stating reasons. For this purpose, you may use the abovementioned contact form or any other method stated within the newsletter.

Cookies

This site uses “cookies”. Cookies are text files which are stored on your computer and which enable the analysis of your use of the website and which automatically recognise you on your next visit. You can prevent the installation of cookies by adjusting your browser settings accordingly. This may result in you not being able to use all offers to their full extent.

Records

During each access to the website, logs are created and processed for statistical purposes, whereby the individual user remains anonymous:

In part, we use service providers for order processing which is legally provided for; therefore the website is hosted by Mittwald CM Service GmbH & Co. KG, Königsberger Straße 4-6, 32339 Espelkamp. The full responsibility for data processing remains with us. Furthermore, we in part use plugins from further providers on our website; more details regarding this are stated below.

We point out that, for the abovementioned purposes, we also transfer your personal data to other companies within our association if necessary [see “About us”]. The data transfer occurs based on our legitimate interests, to enable us to provide you with a comprehensive range of offers.

The contents of these pages have been created with great care. However, we cannot assume liability for the correctness, completeness and updated status of the content. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own contents on these pages according to general legislation.

We reserve the right to occasionally adapt this Data Protection Declaration so that it complies with the current legislative requirements, or to implement changes to our services in the Data Protection Declaration, e.g. in case of the introduction of new services. The new Data Protection Declaration then applies during your new visits.

On calling up the respective page of our website, information is transmitted to Facebook as to which of our Internet pages you have visited with your IP address.
